2/17/1317 temp 99.4 2/18 nrml chest x-ray/labs, start cipro, (ciprofloxacin) fatigue and 102.9 fever cont, pcp today hr 122, rr 23 gave zpac. still feel terrible.

Possibly flu: Influenza is caused by a virus and does not respond to antibiotics such as cipro (ciprofloxacin). Heart rate of 122 is elevated, as is respiratory rate of 23. You should seek advise of your physician.
