Stick to whole fruit: I'm not a fan of juicing (pulverizing fruits and veggies into liquid). One of the best things about whole fruit and veggies is the insoluble fiber. That's the stringy stuff in the fruit. The fiber makes it so you don't have a blood sugar and Insulin spike (which promotes obesity). Juicing removes the fiber and leaves the sugar behind. Stick to whole fruits and veggies!
