No rules: It is generally recommended to use as fresh (soon) as possible, as the deactivation of the most healthy nutrients -and the unpredictable interactions of a particular mix- starts very soon after prepared the juice. No fixed rule about hours is universally the truth (different factors will influence it). Drink it fresh.
