It is ok: Fruit juices are popular among the public but they have considerable amount of added sugar in them. So they can add lot of daily calories to your intake and thus add to your weight. So if you are overweight, then it is not a good idea to drink fruit juice. Eat fruits instead...they are much more healthier and do not alter your blood sugar as much as fruit juice would do

Moderation: Most fruit juices are loaded with sugar and not good for your health. If you look at the nutritional information, the amount of sugar is not very different than that of non-diet soda. All in all it is better to eat the fruit as opposed to the commercial version of the juice, you get the fiber, nutrients and no added sugars.
