Butt hole itches. What could this be?

Various causes: Hemorrhoids, pinworm, anal fissure, anal/rectal cancer, certain foods/drinks (eg with caffeine), psoriasis, stds, localized allergic reaction, others, can cause anal pruritus (itching). Symptoms that persist beyond a few days would benefit from evaluation.
