I some times get a small pimple on my butt, it does not pain, only itches sometimes but goes away after a few days 2/ 3 days. what could it be? could it be stress?

Butt pimples are: caused by superficial infection in a hair follicle. Sitting and friction are usual triggers, and skin that is warm and moist is more likely to get infected. Stress itself is not a trigger, but stress can lower one's immunity as well as cause increased sweating and moisture.
