Several issues?: First, the problem in right thigh sounds c/w meralgia paresthetica, an issue with the lat femoral cutaneous nerve. The muscle issues could be secondary to nerve compression in neck, but beware of spinal cord compression as another explanation. Get a thorough neurological or neurosurgical evaluation.
