What are the cause of ulser? and what is the best way to treat it? my friends said that by putting just a bit of salt, the ulser will heal.

Ok, there are differ: Ent types of ulcers in different places. There's gastrointestinal from erosion and often infection. There's genital which could be infection, mouth, skin. Very broad, not sure if salt will cure a big genital ulcer from syphylis! in fact very sure it won't. Need clarification, my man.
