Tooth DK not cancer: Tooth decay does not equal cancer. Tooth decay may be slight to moderate requiring restoration of your tooth by a dentist. If the decay is severe or the tooth is significantly broken, you will probably need the tooth removed and the area restored. See a dentist who will get you on a good oral hygiene program and treat your dental problems.
