Wouldn't worry...: Impacted wisdom teeth can cause pain and inflammation under gums. Inflammatory chemicals from this region can cause lymph nodes in the region to become enlarged and tender (usually). Generally, a Dentist would recommend removal. Also, good oral exam is warranted given history of snuff usage. Reduce your risk of oral cancer by quitting. Lymph node swelling without pain should be followed over time.
