Free: No one can afford to work for free all the time. That said, there are many social service dental clinics, especially in larger cities, as well as University Dental Schools, that offer significantly reduced rate treatment as tax supported programs and/or contributions help defray costs. Many practitioners also offer reduced fee or pro-bono treatment. You'll have to do some asking around.
