Tapering: Intensity of side effects related to Prednisolone can vary based on the dose used. If you feel current symptoms are related to the steroid use, you should discuss this with your doctor and consider tapering the dose. You should also be on other immunosuppressive medications/steroid sparing agents for treatment of lupus.
