A member asked:

How often should i feed my 9month old with cereal? is it once, twice, or thrice a day? would once a day be fine?

No rules: Solids under a year of age are meant to train baby in a new method of feeding, not replace breast or formula. If you can comfortably pace baby in a 3x/day meal pattern & do it without rushing the process, that is fine.Once a day is also fine.Cereals have a tendency to slow stooling & may produce constipation in any quantity.
