Intolerance: Watery stools are sometimes a sign of difficulty processing the feed. A frequent cause is the lactose sugar in most traditional formulas.A scorch like diaper rash is often present.Substitution with a lactose free formula may solve the problem within 3-4 days.Other agents like juices can also do it. Discuss with the kids doc at a regular checkup.
