Migrain,TMJ, stress?: Must distinguish whether it is migraine, tmj, or stress headache. Migraine headache seldomly crosses midline and thus located on one side. Tmj occurs frequently in morning and accompanied sore in the jaw and could be either one side or bilateral. Stress headache would occur either at frontal area or back of the head. Many choice of foods may instigate migrain such as cheese or fatty product.

Keep trying: Wow, that’s a tough one. There are many triggers such as, hormonal changes, foods, stress, sensory stimuli, changes in wake-sleep pattern, intense physical factors, change of weather, and medications. The probable cause would dictate which type of doctor to see-neurologist, ob-gyn, chiropractor, alternative care, nutritionist, pcp, acupuncturist? Keep trying & hopefully relief is just around corner.
