Possibly: Hard to predict, so best to currently handle each episode with an abortive medicine such as a triptan. Preventative meds exist either via prescription or otc. If you have more similar headaches, see a local neurologist and get evaluated and treated.

Identify: Identify the trigger of you migraines, then adjust your lifestyle to avoid this. I had migraines every month then identified the reason, have been migraine free for many years. The trigger is different for every person and may be difficult to figure out. Have your primary care doctor help you.
