I'm a diabetic. without exception, a high blood sugar level directly translates to a very pleasant, relaxing sensation in my body. why is this?

Unknown: I have never heard of high sugars making people feel better. Certainly, low sugars give people bad symptoms. Most people feel best when their sugar is normal. Very high sugars will eventually cause you to feel sick because of dehydration.
