Hello, i just found out my blood test has resulted in slightly high blood sugar level. i am a 50 yr old male. what can i do to bring this down naturally? can certain foods help or particular exercise? i'm trying to avoid diabetes. thank you?

You should consult your doctor as an in-person evaluation would be useful. If you can lose 10% of body weight and exercise at least 30 minutes/say you have a good chance of avoiding the progression of glucose intolerance/diabetes.
