You have hypoglycemi: You have the opposite of diabetes, called hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. To treat this condition, try to eat something every three hours - a combination of protein and a complex carbohydrate. For instance, cheese and a half apple, or whole grain crackers and peanut butter. This will keep your blood sugar up and your symptoms will go away.

Hypoglycemia: Blood sugar drops to that degree could represent serious metabolic disease and should be investigated by an endocrinologist.

This is not diabetes: Diabetes is actually a deficiency of Insulin that leads to elevation of blood sugar. Low blood sugar can be due to a temporary excess of insulin. This may be due to Insulin produced in response to an elevation of blood sugar following a meal high in carbohydrates. Try a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates especially sugars. If this does not help, a rare possibility is this could be due to an Insulin producing tumor; so if problem continues consult with your doctor.
