James is a 68yr old man with diabetes 220pounds and 5.11 , today when he stands hes dizzy and loses his motion as well, his sugar is 193, what could this be?

He may have low blood pressure when standing up (orthostatic hypotension), especially if he is on antihypertensive medication or medication for prostate problem. Sugar level of 193 should not cause any symptom except he has lost significant volume because of uncontrolled hyperhyperglycemia which can also cause orthostatic hypotension or exacerbate this adverse effect from the above medications.
