I have been having pain in my right ovary for a day and a half. the pain is sharp but not consistent. at point should i be concerned at it m?

Depends: It all depends on the severity of pain, duration of pain, associated symptoms (such as nausea & vomiting), and timing of your cycle. If you are concerned, i would make an appointment for evaluation.

If not improving: There are a number of things that can cause right or left pelvic pain in a woman. A cause requiring urgent (emergency room) evaluation is an ovarian torsion. This often manifests as sharp pain with nausea and may be intermittent. You should probably have it checked by your doctor anyway if it isn't going away.
