Abdominal pain: Migratory abdominal pain on the "right and left" sides of the lower abdomen, at the time you have specified after a menstrual period can indicate pelvic infection. Sexual activity irritates inflamed areas and causes pain. See your healthcare provider to make certain you do not have a pelvic infection.
