Child health: I never feel comfortable watching a child who is having nausea/vomiting/diarrhea and no appetite with or without fever. Recommend calling pediatrician.

Flu like illness: Please see your pediatrician, there are many causes of these symptoms, including viral illness. Watch for respiratory distress and introduce clear liquids slowly in order to keep her hydrated.
