Could be many things: Hepatomegaly is the medical term for an enlarged liver. The ct scan can rule out the presence of liver tumors or really severe liver disease like cirrhosis, but many other types of disease that cause hepatomegaly won't be visible on the ct scan. Additional blood tests might help narrow down the list of possible causes.
