Yes: Could very well be cardiac related. All patients with chest pain, particularly with radiation down the arms should have myocardial infarction (heart attack) exluded. Go to an er now. Do not wait. If somebody cannot take you call 911 and go by ems ambulance.

It is possible: Chest pain is different in different people. I would ask your doctor to evaluate you for possible angina.
