SEMEN: Normal semen goes through a phase called liquifaction . This happens after a period of time after ejaculation and is normal. Grade 1 left varicoceles are exceedingly common and often are found looking for something else on ultrasound.

Varicocele: The varicocele has no effect on the consitancy of your semen. If fertility is not an issue....Don't worry.

Normal: Semen consistency will vary depending on diet, hydration, illness, etc. The varicocele will not affect the consistency, only the sperm contents.

Nothing serious: Most varicoceles require no treatment unless they are very large, symptomatic, result in left testicle being smaller than right or % of motile sperm vs non-motile is low. It which case spermatic vein ligation might be considered. Liquidity or stickyness of semen, which contains sperm, could be a reflection of how frequently you ejaculate or time interval after ejaculation.
