All you need is one sperm. If your surgery was recent then give yourself at least 6-9 months for the sperm count to come up. If the embolization did not work see a Urologist for possible surgery. In the meantime try withdrawing after first portion of ejaculate and have your partner not get up from supine position. Sperms are concentrated in the first portion of the ejaculate so it increases chance
