It is not feasible to predict the effect of bilateral varicocele on sperm production. If you are concerned, you could store your sperm frozen, for just in case.

Bilateral varicocele is relatively rare. Your sperm count is normal . I doubt if varicocele will worsen it for you probably have had it for a while. Have the fertility MD look for other reasons and causes for success. Good lucl to you.
