Maybe yes, maybe no: Our temperature fluctuates throughout the day, and varies depending upon your physical activity, the environmental temperature, clothing, time of day, etc. I suggest that you 'treat the symptoms, not the fever'. In other words, if you feel well, don't worry, but if you have symptoms of illness, address the symptoms.
