Inflammation?: Can't say what is inflamed, but, this could be the result of a virus, a bowel inflammatory illness, or something that has a large amount of muscles irritated and inflamed. High thyroid hormone might also cause this kind of symptom. Consider seeing your primary care doctor to get a few blood tests and an exam.
