Can an endoscopy see if there can possibly be something wrong with my pancreas? i'm a little worried!

Ct and ercp: You should get a ct scan first. Ercp can visualize whether your pancreatic ducts are blocked. Endoscopy is mainly for your upper GI tract like from your mouth to the duodenum (end of your stomach).
