No cancer: At age 18, cancer of the pancreas and colon would be very rare. If it occurred, pancreas Ca would probably be noted as painless jaundice and colon Ca would be seen with rectal bleeding or some change in bowel habit. The more probable cause of your symptoms is inflammatory bowel disease or a variant. A CT scan and further work up indicated.

At your age,unlikely: I assume you are seeing a physician for this? i'd certainly cut out the NSAIDs you're taking - will certainly not help. need more details regarding pain - any weight loss, bleeding, changes in bowel habits, nausea/vomiting??
