See an allergist: They will test to see what you may be allergic to and then be able to enter you into a desensitization program. This may be long term and expensive, but will relieve you of much if not all of the problem.

See an allergist: You must have chronic nasal allergies, see an allergist, get tested and get to the botton of this, you don't need to live like this!
