Yes: And you may even have a sinus infection. A cold usually does not last more than 10 days and thus you should see you doctor soon. I am assuming that you have not been using otc nasal spray on a daily basis in the past few weeks since overuse of otc decongestant spray can induce significant nasal congestion.
