Why bother: Milk is a convenient source of calcium in a kids diet & promoted heavily by the dairy industry as a perfect food, bull! if a kid is exploring other foods, calcium sources like yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, goat cheese and even calcium tablets can provide all they need.They can get the fat/protein/fluid they need thru other diet sources including water.
