GPA or Wegener's: Your doctor says these have something in common but he hasn't told you? Interesting.You can get upper and lower respiratory symptoms (serous otitis media or your blocked ear), abdominal pain, nephrotitic syndrome ( lots of proteinuria, edema, etc) from a condition called granulomatosis with polyangiitis (previously known as wegner's granulomatosis). But i don't think you have this. Test with anca.
