Not ovulating: It means you are not near ovulation and the collective large number of small follicles are just making estrogen stimulating your uterine lining. In other words, you are not near ovulation, and although you could possibly do that in a day 19 later on, its impossible to predict in a natural cycle. That is why patients do not ovulate and periods are irregular in patients with pcos.
