Is it normal for a 31yrs woman with pcos to have follicle measuring 8mm on day 11 (starting from the 1st day of menstrual period)?

Yes: 8mm is small for day 11, but this will depend on your wife's menstrual cycle length. The question is will this 8 mm follicle continue to grow. Have her repeat the ultrasound in a few days to see if this follicle continues to grow.
