Typically not linked: These two symptoms are typically not linked. Vomiting can never be taken lightly in children. Their electrolytes and hydration levels can get out of balance quickly. This can be vey dangerous. If vomiting persists it needs to be evaluated. Teething may cause the baby to put things in their mouth. It is important to watch the baby's surroundings closely.
