My 2 year old son has a fever and vomiting. it could be teething but the fever is not subsiding. i would like to know if i should bring him in for a consultation or avoid drs rooms. ?

Hydration: Provide clear fluids, including water and Pedialyte. Monitor and treat fever, arrange for a flu vaccination and COVID 19 test locally. This is unlikely related to teething and most likely due to a self limited viral illness. COVID 19 should be excluded, self isolate and please call your pediatrician. If the clinic would like to see you, ask if you may wait outside.

Fever/Vomiting: Not signs of teething, especially if over 100F. Probably viral ir bacterial infection. Call your son's Pediatrician.
