Projectile vomiting : Projectile vomiting if lasts longer than twenty four hours is usually due to viral gastritis, pyloric stenosis or respiratory tract infections etc. Please take your baby to the doctor.

Yes: Some babies are born with 1 or more teeth already erupting. Some don't get their 1st tooth until 18 months. Check in with your Pediatrician for teething suggestions, and ask if he should be seen for an exam. Also, between eruption of 1st baby tooth but no later than 1st b'day, he should have his initial Dental examination with a Pedodontist, a pediatric dental specialist.
