Gastroenteritis: You didn't mention age! stop juice, pedialyte for each diarrhea. Diet: bananna, rice, applesauce, chicken, soup, crackers, yogort. If on infant formula, change to lactose free for 2 weeks. Continue breastfeeding. 3 wks diarrhea is kind of unusually long. Most diarrhea are viral, resolve in 3-7 days, vomiting first 1-2 days call her pediatrician and get a detail evaluation and labs if needed.
