My big toe has been numb for a week from wearing heels?

Nerve compression: There is a nerve that runs along the side of the big toe joint and can be compressed by a tight shoe or similar pressure. It's possible for the numbness to last a few weeks and it should resolve on its own however it is a good idea to have it seen by a physician.
