Anemia?: Unless you have a known medical disorder, a likely cause of fatigue in a woman of your age could be anemia related to iron deficiency, particularly if you have heavy menses. Other more worrisome causes are possible, but much less likely. Your doctor can send a panel of blood tests checking for blood disorders (including anemia) or metabolic problems. Fatigue is a common reason to see the doctor!

Get evaluated.: Easy fatiguability, especially if new and limiting, can be due to various medical conditions involving several different bodily systems - cardiac, pulmonary, hematologic just to name a few. A good evaluation by a doctor and relevant directed testing would be wise.
