DASH diet: After reviewing hundreds of diets I am very satisfied with dash diet.Look at the website of dr.Oz. First 2 weeks, restrict carbs. 70% of food must be eaten before 4pm- not practical for 9-5 work. Good breakfast- with some protein-eggx 5 per week.Lots of nuts, seasonal fruits &veg. Avoid potatoes, white pasta, rice. Add fish, chicken & lean meat plenty of water & atleast 15 min workout.
