Add Metformin: Metformin is an anti-diabetic drug that is very helpful for weight loss. It restores Insulin sensitivity, normalizes blood sugar, and reduces Insulin levels. My patients on metformin say they feel better, have more energy, and lose their carbohydrate cravings. It is very inexpensive.
