You need to confirm your diagnosis, as several years of "sinus headaches" would be quite unusual, and other causes of headaches should be explored. See a neurologist and proceed to get this handled.

Hello, Often times "sinus headaches" can often times be related to an Atypical Migraines and having your Primary Care provider try some basic Migraine treatments with an MRI scan will help you and also help the Neurologist if a referral is needed. The MRI of your brain will give glimpses of the sinuses to see if there is any inflammation within any sinuses. I hope this helps.
