Hello. To answer your question accurately, we’d need to know more data. Do you have pets in your bedroom? An old home with mold? Are you using dust mite covers on your mattress, pillows and box spring? Do you have carpeting? Do you keep your bedroom windows open? All these answers are important for your doctor/allergist. Ask for allergy testing to find your sensitivity and to develop treatment.
