Sometimes i get fever and headache around 5 pm and the fever fluctuates till 9 pm or so. i have a polyp in my sinus. could this be due to the polyp?

Polyps do not cause : Nasal polyps by itself do not cause headaches and fever.But it may be associated with sinus infections which can cause fever and headache so have it checked and treated appropriately.
