Well: A temperature of 100 is really not considered a fever, 100.4 or more is, but it might be for you depending. It sounds like you have a good old summer cold and do not have any real problems. I would take aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen as it would help both your temperature and your headache and the feeling of fullness in your forehead. You could try hot packs on your forehead also to see if it helps the conges.
